Jon Benson Author of 7 Minute Muscle Mother Passes Away

Jon Benson who is world famous on the internet for writing some of the most popular Muscle Building and Fat Burning Books ever Mother passed away Sunday.  He wrote a touching and inspiring tribute to her that I think everyone will get something out of.
