The past few years there has been major breakthroughs in medical research as far as living longer, living healthier, and feeling better overall. A lot of this research has gone into why it is that the French have such a high fat diet and yet they are healthier with lower cholesterol and lower blood pressure than Americans. A news media feeding frenzy erupted recently when a new diet study broke in the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM). Almost all the reporters got it wrong, wrong WRONG! So did most of the gloating low carb forumites and bloggers. Come to think of it, almost everyone interpreted this study wrong.
