There are TWO VERY IMPORTANT ACTIONS that should be taken whenever you are going to workout with weights. Especially if you have developed a routine that you have drilled into your head and just want to get the workout over with. Of course, that is not the proper or best attitude to have and in the end you probably are just waisting your time, your not going to get any bigger or stronger. But to be safer you should at least ALWAYS WARM before you lift.
