I’m amazed at how many infomercials there are on TV at night and weekends that have to do with products that guarantee you 6 pack abs. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the majority of these things are a complete RIP-OFF!
Everything about them are usually based on incorrect information and the commercial is targeted at your lack of knowledge about how the body works and how your body burns fat. Sure they can throw a celebrity up there who already is in great shape or who has a personal trainer coming over to their house every morning at 6:00 am, but they never show you actual proof of someone who ONLY USES their product to get Six Pack Abs.
